What do you consider bulk quantities? If you do a Google search for this item number, you'll find plenty of wholesale sources that usually start at around $56-62/100 or a touch more for that size. Is that the price range you're looking for?
To get better prices than that, you need to order from a distributer or bulk importer, and you need to order in lots of 1M in each color or meet minimum $$ amounts.
